It has always been a Hanson priority to develop career paths within
Hanson for both existing and new employees.
We believe that by creating development and career paths within our
company we are offering a greater incentive for our people to achieve
their career aspirations.
Hanson also believes it is important to educate university and school
students about our operations and provide them with opportunities to
receive hands-on education.

Hanson has been running a Management Development Programme for the past 25 years. Over the years, we have trained many people to become leaders.
