Make ordering easy

Quick tips for making your ordering more efficient when your call is answered

  1. Be ready to give the CSC agent your name and the name or the company under which the order is to be placed.
  2. If you are not a regular customer, tell us whether you have a current account or will be will be paying via credit card or COD (note: COD to approved customers only)
  3. Are you placing a new order or calling to enquire about or confirm an existing order.
  4. Job address details. If we have been to the address before, please let us know. Please tell us any details or instructions which may assist the driver to find your site.
  5. Your purchase order number. Goods cannot be shipped if your customer profile states that we must have an order number.
  6. The goods required, the quantities, the preferred delivery time and the intervals (if applicable) between loads. Please be as specific as possible on the material required to help us get the right material to you. Try to be as accurate as possible with quantities because your delivery service may be compromised if too many extensions are added to the original order quantity.
  7. Please tell us if the order is to be confirmed or expected on site without further contact. NB If the order is to be confirmed, please confirm the order as soon as possible - preferably the afternoon prior to the day of delivery. This will help us to plan our fleet to give you optimum service.
  8. Are there any specific site or truck special requirements or restrictions.
  9. As part of our quality assurance procedures, the CSC agent will verbally repeat the order to you. Please listen carefully and advise us of any further admendments to your order.
